Permanent regionally-focused exhibits and temporary displays covering anything from dinosaurs to Egyptian life fill the halls of the Museum of Idaho, giving locals and travelers alike a change to explore a variety of places and time periods. Ever-present at the museum are displays on nuclear reactors, first used as power generators in Idaho, and a recreated town that is modeled after the original 19th century settlement at Idaho Falls. Located downtown, the museum is near The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho.

Adults $6; Seniors (62+) $5; Children (4-18) $4; Children under 4 are free.
